Work on Builder3 — HT v0.0.69

Hello everyone!

The v0.0.69 version of the Holy Theory project has been released.

During these two weeks I was working on the html generating part. It works well but slowly. The next iteration I will dedicate to speed optimization. Now builder3 works slower than the previous version.

Changelog:

• add toc generator for html and refactoring, Builder3
• add static markdown generation, Builder3
• add markdown output path, Builder3
