Holy Theory. What is it?
A little over a year ago, I realized that I had accumulated a huge amount of various materials on the topic of Software Engineering. Numerous repositories and folders on my computer contain files with the theory and practice of programming, questions/answers to technical interviews. In January 2022 I began slowly shaping these materials into a book, hoping that in two years I would write something worthwhile and publish it.
The tectonic shifts in Russia forced me to reconsider plans and the work on the “manuscript” was finished at an early stage, but the collected materials have not gone anywhere, so I decided to share them with you. To add solidity to the process, I decided to make a project and call it “Holy Theory”.
In general, the plan is to regularly post and update materials in the repository. For the markup language I chose markdown. It is easy to convert from this to a number of other formats like html, docx, or pdf. The files are arranged in categories whose structure is not carved in stone and will probably be changed again and again.
You can check out what I’ve already put out both in the repository itself and on the generated website. I will also be unspeakably grateful for any criticism, write to me, or create tickets in the project on GitHub.
