Elevate Your Tech Leadership: Four Proven Methods
Do you want to be an effective tech manager? So here are my four methods to achieve it:
1. Remembering everything, literally everything — what kind of processes are in your team now, the priority of tasks, problems of your teammates, deadlines, etc.
2. Active listening — you should always give your colleagues a chance to talk it out. And you should listen to them writing down some important points from their speech
3. Setting up your own knowledge management system — it allows you to structure information well and link it together
4. Using Notion, Evernote, etc. I highly recommend using Obsidian — it’s an offline system that creates files locally on the computer, and it’s really cool for post-processing. Obsidian also has a data visualization function, it is free, and you can work offline.
