Begin of Builder3 — HT v0.0.66

Hello everyone!

The v0.0.66 version of the Holy Theory project has been released.

The work on draft is ready. Now I started to work on the final layout for the Handbook. For this purpose I need to reshape the builder a little bit. I am going to fix some issues and unpredictable behavior. Also the builder3 will have a better api. Now it doesn’t have it at all. So, The next two weeks will be dedicated to it.

Changelog:

• update floyd warshall algorithm
• update ford fulkerson algorithm
• start working on builder3
